Which platforms are supported?
YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Plans cover YouTube only, Instagram only, or both.
How does billing work?
Monthly subscription. English checkout uses Paddle (USD). Korean checkout uses PortOne (KRW). Renewals charge automatically. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the period ends.
Instagram won’t connect.
You need a professional Instagram account and a linked Facebook Page. Follow the channel setup guide; if it still fails, email us with your account details.
How do refunds work?
See the Refund policy page. If you qualify (e.g. unused period), request via account or email. Refund policy
What are the video limits?
Up to 100 seconds, 100MB per file, 5 videos waiting at a time. AI title & caption: 100 uses per month on every plan.
