Privacy policy

아뉴로 (“Company”) processes personal information for Postva in line with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and related law, as follows.

1. What we collect

  • Sign-up and login: email, name or display name, password (email sign-up, stored hashed), and Google identifier/profile if you use Google sign-in
  • Channel connect: YouTube/Instagram OAuth tokens, channel/account IDs and names
  • Use of the Service: uploaded videos, titles, captions, comments, schedules, logs, IP and browser data (security and abuse prevention)
  • Payments: subscription status and transaction data needed for receipts. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider (PortOne for Korean checkout, Paddle for English checkout) — not stored on our servers
  • Support: the content of emails or other inquiries

2. Why we use it

  • Identify members, log in, provide and improve the Service
  • Connect channels and run scheduled / automatic posts
  • Customer support, notices, and abuse prevention
  • Billing, refunds, settlement, and legal compliance

3. How long we keep it

  • We delete personal information without delay after account deletion, except where law requires a retention period.
  • Examples include contract, cancellation, and payment records under Korean e-commerce consumer law.
  • OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect a channel or delete the account.

4. Sharing and processors

  • We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • We may use processors / integrations to run the Service:
    • Cloud hosting for the app and files
    • Google / Meta for login, channel connect, and publish APIs (only after you connect)
    • PortOne (KRW) and Paddle (USD) for payments

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may disconnect channels to stop token use. Email pilot242@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use password hashing, HTTPS, access control, and logs. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

7. Cookies

We use cookies or similar technology to keep you signed in and to remember language. You can refuse cookies in the browser; some features may stop working.
