Refund policy

This Refund policy applies to paid Postva plans operated by 아뉴로. If applicable consumer law is more favorable to you than this policy, that law prevails.

1. What you buy

Postva is a digital subscription / software access service. After payment and access begin, withdrawal rights for digital content may be limited. We still refund in the cases below.

2. When we refund

• You have not used the Service at all and you request a refund within 7 days of payment
• Paid features were unavailable for a substantial period because of the Company, and we cannot reasonably provide a substitute
• Duplicate charges or a clear system overcharge
• Other cases where a refund is clearly appropriate

English-plan charges made through Paddle may also be refunded by Paddle under Paddle’s buyer terms where those terms give you a stronger right.

3. When a refund is usually not available

• You already used paid features in a material way (including queued videos or AI generation)
• Publishing failed because of your account, channel connect, or a third-party platform rule
• Free or fully discounted promotional periods

4. Cancellation

If you cancel before the next billing date, later renewals stop. We do not usually pro-rate unused days in the current period unless required by law or a specific offer.

5. How to request

1. Email pilot242@gmail.com with the payment email, payment date, and reason. You can also use the unused-refund button in Account when you qualify.
2. We review promptly on business days and reply with the result.
3. Approved refunds follow the card network / Paddle or PortOne timeline and may take several business days.
