- Which platforms are supported?
- YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Plans cover YouTube only, Instagram only, or both.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly subscription. English checkout uses Paddle (USD). Korean checkout uses PortOne (KRW). Renewals charge automatically. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the period ends.
- Instagram won’t connect.
- You need a professional Instagram account and a linked Facebook Page. Follow the channel setup guide; if it still fails, email us with your account details.
- How do refunds work?
- See the Refund policy page. If you qualify (e.g. unused period), request via account or email. Refund policy
- What are the video limits?
- Up to 100 seconds, 100MB per file, 5 videos waiting at a time. AI title & caption: 100 uses per month on every plan.
