Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern use of the Postva service (“Service”) operated by 아뉴로 (“Company”), and the rights and duties between the Company and members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the web service that helps draft titles and captions for short-form videos and schedule / auto-publish them to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and similar channels.
- “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and creates an account.
- “Paid service” means features used in exchange for a listed subscription fee.
Article 3 (Effect and changes)
- These Terms take effect when posted in the Service or otherwise notified to members.
- The Company may amend these Terms within applicable law. Material changes will be posted in advance with the effective date and reason.
Article 4 (Accounts)
- Members may sign up by email, Google sign-in, or another method the Company provides.
- Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for their account and connected channels (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Using another person’s information or false details may result in restricted access.
Article 5 (The Service)
- The Service helps members add short videos to a queue, draft titles and captions, manage post times, and attempt publishing to connected channels.
- Publishing may be delayed or fail because of third-party platform rules, outages, account actions, or API changes. The Company will give reasonable notice, but is not liable for third-party outcomes beyond what the law requires.
- Some features may be beta. The Company may change or stop features; material changes during a paid period will be announced.
Article 6 (Fees)
- Prices, billing cycle, and plan scope are as shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
- Payment is processed by a licensed provider. Korean checkout uses PortOne (KRW). English checkout uses Paddle (USD) as merchant of record where enabled.
- Subscriptions renew on the stated cycle. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund policy.
Article 7 (Member duties)
- Members must follow applicable law, these Terms, and third-party platform rules.
- The Service may not be used for illegal, infringing, spam, false, adult, or hateful content.
- Granting, revoking, and verifying OAuth access and channel ownership is the member’s responsibility.
Article 8 (Company duties)
- The Company will try to provide a stable Service and will comply with privacy law.
- The Company will try to restore outages promptly, except for force majeure such as natural disaster, network failure, or third-party platform failure.
Article 9 (Intellectual property)
Rights in the Service UI, software, and trademarks belong to the Company or rightful owners. Rights in member-uploaded video and text remain with the member or original owner. The Company uses that content only as needed to provide the Service.
Article 10 (Termination)
- Members may request account deletion or subscription cancellation at any time.
- If a member breaches these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate after notice, or after the fact in urgent cases.
Article 11 (Limitation of liability)
- The Company does not intervene in disputes between members or with third parties, and is not liable for resulting loss except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Free features may be provided without warranty to the extent the law allows.
Article 12 (Governing law)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.
